Join us for our very first Yoga Break, a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in the company of our yoga teacher Hélène Piet.
On the programme :
- 1 hour of yoga to gently awaken the body and calm the mind
- Tasting of homemade biscuits to add a gourmet touch to your well-being
- 40 minutes of access to the spa with heated pool and hammam
- 20 minutes of relaxation with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls
Places are limited (20 people maximum), so please book ahead!
Comfortable clothing recommended - yoga mat, bathrobe, towel and slippers provided.
